Construction Process
Anchor bolt positioning follows strict axis and elevation guidelines to ensure all steel columns are perfectly aligned. During steel column hoisting, foundation nuts are leveled in advance with safety zones enforced around crane operations.
Steel beam installation follows column tie rod/column support completion. Roof beams utilize high-strength bolts (no welding required), while platform beams feature welded main beams with unwelded secondary beams.
