Galvanized Steel Structure Poultry House for 20 Chickens

Our prefabricated steel structure poultry house is a modern, engineered building solution designed for efficient chicken farming. The main steel framework consists of square tubes and C-section steel components, with roof and walls constructed using single sheets, glass wool blankets, and other components like windows and doors.

The structure features hot-dip galvanized steel frames to reduce weight while enhancing corrosion resistance. All components use bolted connections for smooth assembly without welding. The roof utilizes 0.5mm aluminum-zinc color steel plates with 50mm aluminum foil glass wool insulation to prevent condensation, supported by wire mesh to maintain insulation effectiveness.

Ceiling panels below steel trusses improve stability and thermal insulation. Walls feature horizontally laid hot-dip galvanized color steel plates connected with self-tapping screws for enhanced lateral stability. A plastic film layer prevents moisture penetration into the fiber glass wool insulation.
